1. Download Cyanogenmod 12 and extract it to your Desktop.

2. On extraction you will get a folder transfer it to /sdcard/clockworkmod/backup/(extracted folder)

3. Now restart off your cell phone.

4. Press Volume Up + Volume Down + Power button all at once to boot into recovery mode

5. Press Volume Up to get into recovery mode.

6. Use Volume Up and Volume Down keys to choose “Backup and Restore” option.

7. Perform a Backup and once the backup gets completed, choose restore option to restore the backup of Cyanogenmod 12

8. Now go to Advanced Options and choose Wipe Dalvik Cache.

9. At last reboot your cell phone.
